Monash University and Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University are proud to announce an international conference on the memory and the meaning of Gallipoli/ Çanakkale.

When:

Wednesday 20 - Monday 25 April 2015

The conference program will straddle six days of papers, performances and presentations, beginning with a tour of the Gallipoli/ Çanakkale battlefields, featuring the work of leading scholars of war and memory, concluding with an opera capturing the experience of Indigenous soldiers, and a commemorative service beside Anzac Cove.
